If you already have a gifted voucher* and would like to find out more about each class, click on the below classes listed and Eventbrite pages will give you more information on each. Voucher holders then should email me, on firstname.lastname@example.org, with your voucher number, desired class and date and I will book you in with a confirmation email.
There will be on average two classes a month, a 2 hour evening class where we cover two preserving techniques from Fermenting to Pickling, Jam making or Chutney making. The other class will be a 6 hour weekend intensive class covering all of these preserve techniques with a lunch break showcasing how to use your preserves in everyday meals.
All classes are held at Newton & Pott's production kitchen in Hackney, London.

The weekend day classes consist of a 'hands on' masterclass covering four preserving techniques of Jam to Chutney, Pickling to Fermentation. Plus lunch, discovering ways of incorporating preserves into everyday meals.
